As per local Greek regulations for short-term rentals, we are required to collect passport or national ID details from all adult guests prior to or upon check-in. We will contact you closer to your arrival to securely collect this information. This is a mandatory requirement for your stay. Your data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for registration purposes.
For your convenience and a seamless check-in experience, Kavourify is equipped with a Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 on the main entrance. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique access code or a link for the Nuki Smart Lock, sent to your registered email address or via the booking platform. We recommend downloading the free Nuki App (available on iOS and Android) for the easiest experience. Please note that physical keys are not provided; your Nuki access is your key. In the rare event of an issue, basic instructions will be provided in the apartment’s welcome guide, and we encourage you to contact us immediately for assistance.
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Flexible check-in/check-out times may be available upon request – please inquire in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. The apartment is comfortably designed for 2 adults; please do not exceed this maximum occupancy without prior approval. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Parties, large gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; a significant cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside. Please dispose of trash regularly and be mindful of energy consumption by turning off lights and AC when leaving. Always ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked when you leave.
Guests have full and private access to the entire Kavourify apartment, including all rooms and spaces. For your convenience, you may use both the main front entrance (via the Nuki Smart Lock) and the kitchen door, which provides direct access to the charming garden. Please be aware that there are three standard steps leading up to the main entrance of the apartment; these are easy to navigate for most guests.
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we do allow one small, well-behaved dog (under 10 kg / 22 lbs) with prior approval. Please note that an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of €350 will apply per stay. This fee covers the extensive deep cleaning and sanitization required after a pet’s stay. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and that all waste is promptly cleaned up outdoors.
A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking for the thorough preparation of the apartment prior to your arrival. Important: Due to specific local regulations in Greece, we are unable to provide daily or mid-stay cleaning services during your stay. However, should you desire additional cleaning, we would be happy to provide you with the contact details of trusted local cleaning personnel. You can then arrange a direct appointment and payment with them at your convenience.
For your safety and peace of mind, please be aware that there are three external security cameras installed outside the house: one at each of the two main entrances and one on the balcony. These cameras are in place solely for security purposes and do not record any indoor areas, ensuring your complete privacy.
Kavourify offers a generally peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. As with many residential areas, you might occasionally hear some light neighborhood activity or distant traffic during daytime hours. However, thanks to our well-insulated windows, any potential noise is firmly isolated, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed atmosphere, especially during sleeping hours.
